I really like the latest raptitude post. This kid has experienced similar experiences as I have, and I'm learning from him. His fears and struggles are similar to mine too, probably because of similar past experiences + personalities. It also sheds some light on some things I haven't delved that deeply into, and I can make changes accordingly.

Your 20's is the perfect time for change right? :)

There's only two females in the house (three if you count puppy), and I have to say...
It feels so nice being able to walk around the house in whatever clothes.

Goodness, I never understood why my brother went for his normal clothes after work, but now I do.
Comfy shorts. and flip flops. And t-shirts/tanks...Ah, they'll never see the light of day again during a regular weekday lol.

Anddd...it feels good to do something meaningful again.
...while I still have this internship, I'm thinking of going to the gym at the place so I can get my exercise in (plus they have showers so that's nice...I just have to find them but the girl who exercises there every morning told me about them). Maybe bring a basketball, the ones they have on that court is pretty old and it's smaller than usual, I think.

Also, my badge works. I have SL, waiting for the others. Almost finished doing what I need to do (I don't know how much I can say about this). It's Friday tomorrow! Yay weekend. I have a new appreciation for them, but at the same time, I'm going to force myself not to work on anything if it's not urgent...because I want to keep those two aspects, personal and business, separate. :)

I say force myself not to because...I like coding haha. And I haven't gotten a chance to work on this yet.

I am poofed. Good poofed though. :]

Two days so not much to say yet:

Using a network analyzer (apparently, the boring part, haha)
Some bom/purchasing stuff ~ reminds me of MAMMAG
The people and getting around (parking was great that first time...)
Exposure to different software, from coding to email handling to purchasing
still a lot more things that need to be done, like being entered into the system, getting the software installed into the computer, working with other people on other parts.
And of course, there's a lot more to learn...was given two booklets to read. So more reading to do. :)

And, I think I really like being treated like a guy in the workplace. It's pretty nice not to be distracted by anything like that.
No drama (jealousy, fear) would be nice, too; hopefully, this stays the same.

Chinese shows are so..different haha
I'm used to game shows.

Now we have the one where they get a guy and through a series of questions, chooses a girl to date. The girls sign up to have a guy potentially choose them (and they can choose to accept or reject afterwards too). One that I remember, was a guy who was watching the show grew to like a girl from the way she answered the questions and he signed up for it so that he could potentially be on the show and choose her - which he did.

Another is where they have four people - three girls and one guy. They dress up the three girls like guys. They have to perform a talent, and answer questions (their true voices are disguised). And four different groups of "judges" try to guess who is the actual guy. ... They also do it for the reverse - three guys and one girl.

And then right now my mom is watching one where there's four couples, one Chinese and one foreigner. Only one couple is actually real. Two groups of "judges" try to guess who is the actual couple. That part of the show just finished, and now they're trying to do another guessing game.
